John Corbett….
John is an American actor and a country music singer. He gained his first notice as the piano-flinging character of Chris in "Chris in The Morning" Stevens in Northern Exposure from 1990 to 1995. He was also seen in Carry Bradshaw’s boyfriend Aiden on Sex and the City and then the husband of Nia Vardalos in My Big Fat Greek Wedding.
So, he is no stranger to the TV, too bad I’ve never been a fan of any of these shows so I’ve missed out on this hunk of a man. He has never been married but has been in a long-term relationship with Bo Derek. Yowser, she’s pretty doggone beautiful eh?
His first major role was as the hippie boyfriend of Karen in season 1, episode 4 of The Wonder Years in 1988. As for film credits, he was in Tombstone, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Dreamland and The Messengers and he appeared in Serendipity with John Cusack and Kate Beckinsale. He played the role of a music teacher in Raise Your Voice with Hilary Duff. He co-starred with Hilary Duff in this movie. He had a cameo role as Ken Rolff in Dinner Rush and starred in the 2007 Lifetime TV show Montana Sky.
He released his full-length, self-titled country music album on April 4, 2006band went on tour that year to promote the album. His single, Good to Go reached a peak of #43 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. He was featured as a primary actor in Trisha Yearwood’s music video of her 2008 single, "This is Me You’re Talking To" He is now staring opposite Toni Collette in the Showtime original The United States of Tara.
