Ok, so you go spell his name about 3 times then try saying it aloud three times and come back and tell me you weren’t sad to see him go. Yea, I know, how can you get attached to a guy on TV who dances in tight pants?
Oh, hello…..can you re-read that sentence….how can you get attached to a guy on TV who dances in tight pants? Yea, well, it’s pretty doggone easy if you ask me. He really wasn’t one of my favorites, I don’t know that I have one. If I have to choose one though, I’ll let you know in the next post or so. I felt like since Max was leaving, it was time for me to go ahead and feature him.
So, what is his is dance of preference? Ballroom. And, that’s what Nigel said was holding him back and was more than likely the reason why he was kicked off. He danced for his life, but in the end, Nigel said it more than once that his training only in Ballroom made it hard for him to dance alone and well…duh..if your dance training is in ballroom…it probably is pretty doggone hard to dance alone.
I don’t know if he can even audition again since he made it to the top 20 or 18 whatever, but if he can, I bet we see him next time too. I’m willing to bet he can’t though. We shall see…..I did like to see him dance….is that so bad?

I liked him too. He was one of my favorites, and I don’t think he deserved to go so early. I’m pretty sure he cannot come back for another season once you make it to the Top 20. By the way, he’s not just trained in Ballroom. He started out in Ballet, and has done Russian Folk Dancing. Plus there’s a couple of videos on the net of him doing a mix of hip hop and latin. He handled the Jazz Pop with Kayla really well. I really wanted to see more from him. I think Nigel always prefers contemporary dancers to ballroom ones. He thinks Ballroom technique is inferior.

i dont think they can come back either since none of the other seasons competitors did, unfortunatly
. I would have liked to see more of him, he seemd fun but serious, the right combination! I can believe he was a hard worker, I’m a ballet dancer and my partner for 6 years is Russian, very similar personality i think to Max, and with my partner, if he doesnt know something or isnt comfortable with the coreography, he will work 100% till he knows it cold!
