TV Boyfriends

This is my fourth of July edition an I feel that to honor someone who serves our country is the way to go.  This man is famous however, a stint on The Bachelor has probably ruined any chance at the rest of us ever getting to see him.  I just hope that since I posted about him originally in April 3, 2007 and as one of Friday Eye Candy participants on Mama Pop. 

In the meantime, Dr. Baldwin has continued on with his humanitarian efforts and you can read those here.  So, I have to ask you, can you think of anyone more deserving of  Fourth of July Feature?

There’s a close up, don’t leave me though, I have more awesome photos coming up.  But, don’t we all want to think that this Navy Doctor who was on The Bachelor is just a normal guy, doing a normal work.  Well, I’m sorry, no matter how you try to twist it, he is not just a normal guy doing a normal work.  Even if you call him a normal guy, the work he does is more than just crazy awesome.

And, to see this man walking into an exam room would be enough to send most anyone into fits.  But, if you read through his blog, you see photo upon photo of Andy simply being a normal doctor but performing a great work.  And, I might be wrong, but people who work like Dr. Baldwin do, they don’t do it for the glamour and if you think they do, just read a few of the posts about how unglamours his work in unprivilvidgge areas really is.  He is special, even if he doesn’t want to be. 

And, these photos, well they just don’t hurt one bit now do they?

I sent the good doc the link and I’d love to see at least one comment from him especially since we’ve exposed him quite openly here.  But, the fact is, he is more than just a pretty face.  I encourage you to keep reading his blog.

I’m sure many of you who watch reality TV remember Jason as he was the one who got down on one knee to propose to Deanna Pappas and she rejected him.  Now, now he is the Bachelor and tonight he met his first 25 women and he sent 10 women home. 

And, the preview for next week shoes Deanna showing up and telling him that she made a mistake and asking to have him back.  What in the world?  She can’t do that!  She chose the 26 year old snowboarder, Jesse, whose life was so different than hers that it was ridiculous.

So now does Jason fall back in love with her or does he continue with the show?  Well, we know he continues with the show because the previews all say his wife is "in that room" which leads you to believe Deanna doesn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell because she hadn’t showed up yet. 

Jason isn’t the typical Bachelor in that he is a single dad, the first to ever be chosen to be the Bachelor.  He isn’t the first divorcee, just the first parent.  The press released these tidbits of information about him as well:

• He was divorced 2 years ago. 
• He wants to start another family to go with the one he has with his son Ty
• Jason currently lives with his younger brother and Ty. 
• His own parents are divorced but both have happily re-married. 
• He is so genuine when he speaks (that’s my addition to the tidbits)
• And, he has such a positive outlook (another one of tidbits but doggone it, he has the right attitude, I know it). 
• He is very good looking, yea, hunky, built well and simply gorgeous (so some of that was from my own brain instead of the press release)
• He loves a variety of sports including swimming, golf, basketball and football
• He was a golf pro at a club at one time. 
• He has traveled extensively all over Europe and hopes to travel more. 
• He is a big brother for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of American (yea, right, that’s a shocker, the man is amazing)
• He is a philanthropist and hopes to form and run his own children’s charity.

After further review, he wasn’t reviewed specifically alone as I had him pegged to be DeAnna’s choice so she was part of the post.  Here’s the link though anyway…

This seasons Bachelor..Brad Womack.  And again, I plead my case for needing some time where I do not have to think seriously when I watch theses shows.  The catfights are absolutely amazing and laughter fills me home when these kind of shows are on.  But, let’s get to the juicy part.  Him.  The Bachelor that is.  Brad Womack is his name this eason. 

He is 34 and is considered a southern gentleman.  He was born in Atlanta, raised in Texas and co-owns four lucrative bars with 2 of his brothers.  His brothers are both married, so ladies, it is him or none.  And, believe me, I’d take him anyday. 

He was brought up in a single-arent home and he says this is the basis for his strong values and work ethics as well as made him want to be a good provider.  He has the obvious sex appeal that the show chases and well, what can I say….?  What do you think?

Normally I would not be checking this show out, but this guy is good looking.  A Lieutenant, a doctor, a tri-athlete.  His name, Andy Baldwin - he was planning to be a Navy Seal but decided to go to medical school instead.  He has been in Pearl Harbor Hawaii.  He is very much a military man.

Named Humanitarian of the Year….

He is looking for love and has come to Los Angeles to find it….says he hasn’t met the right woman….and he gets into a Lamborghini and drove off…someone give me a break…he is still gorgeous…
