HBO

Just so you know…

Monday, November 3rd, 2008

I’ve been writing this blog over 18 months and as most of you know, I have this amazing fascination with Wentworth  Miller.  And, I post about him quite often here even when I’m suppose to be finding us some more TV Boyfriends to goggle over.

And, we all know there are plenty of hot men out there.  I do run low on ideas every now and again so if you have suggestions, please send them my way, I’ll gladly research your favorites and feature them.

In the meantime, you can get All Wentworth - All the Time on another blog I write.  So, I will do my best to ease up on so much of this gorgeous man here and focus my efforts on finding some other great mean to lust after here.

I will tell you that I don’t get HBO or Showtime so if you watch shows on those channels, please by all means, send me suggestions and I will definitely get them up here for us to look at.  In the meantime, you can look for Wentworth at the other place.

I’ve seen this guy on many shows in the past and never knew his name.  Sure wish I had though, just look what I was missing.  He will play a jailed Panamanian drug lord Luchero who just happens to run the inmates in the Central American prison where much of the season takes place.  He was also Howard “Bunny” Colvin on “The Wire, Barbershop2:  Back in Business and Ray.

So, what do you think?

He was in The Wire on HBO and well…..yea, what do you think?

Michael Imperioli

Thursday, May 24th, 2007

I appear to be stuck on HBO this week but really, with all these men out there, how can I quit?

Michael Imperioli plays Christopher Moltisanti on The Soprano’s.  His character…well, look at him like this.

“Christopher Moltisanti is Tony’s nephew and Carmela’s first cousin. His father Dickie Moltisanti was something of a mentor to the youthful Tony. So when the senior Moltisanti was shot to death, Tony, in turn, took Christopher under his wing. As Christopher remembers very little of his father - he was still in diapers when Dickie was killed - Tony’s the closest thing he’s ever had to a paternal figure.

Under Tony’s tutelage Christopher became a cugine and eventually a made man - but his ascent wasn’t smooth. For one thing, Christopher is impulsive, and his impulses are often violent: he once “handled” a negotiation with a rival garbage concern by turning their representative into refuse and hauling him to Staten Island - without permission. For another, Christopher wasn’t always one hundred percent certain that this thing of ours was the thing for him. He has more than once explored the possibility of a film career, going so far as to befriend some Hollywood types and write a screenplay entitled, “You Bark, I Bite.” But when Tony got wind of it, he barked an ultimatum: if you’re with the Soprano crew it’s “every fucking second of every fucking day.” Christopher’s been a devoted “family man” ever since. When his fiancée Adriana tried to convince him to turn for the Feds, he had to face the ultimate decision: rat out Tony and enter witness protection, or rat out Adriana to Tony and get her killed. In the end, Christopher couldn’t imagine leaving the only life he’s ever known.

Christopher’s “recreational” heroin use is another ongoing struggle; when it became a full-blown addiction, he became a serious potential liability to Tony and the rest of the organization. Rather than “put him out of misery” as Junior advised, Tony sent him to rehab.

He still struggles with urges and dips in every now and then - including a drug-fueled secret relationship with Julianna Skiff, the real estate agent who had been a romantic interest of Tony’s — but for the most part Christopher tries to walk a straight line. Learning that his girlfriend Kelli Lombardo was pregnant, he surprised everyone by announcing their marriage, and soon made an offer on a house for their new family.”

I have to say…the herion use part leaves me thinking that maybe he is not such a good boyfriend but you know….you gotta check him out…for real…

Mario Cantone

Mario Cantone from Sex & the City caught my eye while I was browsing around HBO.  His character …..Anthony Marentino breaks down like this….
“Whenever Charlotte needs emergency fashion or dating advice, she knows just where to turn… her former wedding planner Anthony Marentino. At their first meeting, Anthony helped Charlotte to pick out the perfect dress, and even though the marriage didn’t last, the new friendship did.
Anthony loves to cut right to the chase, always being very blunt with the normally hesitant Charlotte. He loves to play devil’s advocate, and encourage Charlotte to get out there and date. Charlotte tried to return the favor once and set Anthony up on a date with Stanford, but that didn’t work out so well.
Given that Charlotte still hasn’t managed to find a lasting marriage, it’s a sure bet that Anthony is going to be by her side for some time to come!”
And, with that, I give you….Mario Cantone…

Adrian Grenier….yup..HBO

He is another hottie from HBO.  He is famous for his character on Entourage.  He is also a musician and plays the drums, the guitar, the frenchhorn and piano..aww a man after my own heart for sure.  He was in Britney Spears video (You Drive Me) Crazy.  (Somehow I don’t think he was the source of her problems, but anyway, I digress).  Recently appeared alongside Entourage costars in the music video for ” Silent Places“, by fellow LaGuardia High graduate and New York City musician (as Baby Dayliner ) Ethan Marunas.
His character on Entourage is Vince.  Here’s the lowdown on Vince….
“A native of Queens, Vince has seen his profile (and his paychecks) steadily increase over the last year. But stardom is never a guarantee, and Vince made a risky choice in picking the indie film “Queens Boulevard” instead of a larger, more commercial film. Luckily, Vince’s turn in “QB” paid off, leading to him being cast in James Cameron’s blockbuster “Aquaman,” a role that catapulted him to the top of Hollywood’s power lists. Unfortunately, the good fortune didn’t last, as Vince was dumped from “Aquaman 2″ after a disagreement with the studio. Other problems derailed Vince’s involvement in both “Medellin” and “I Wanna Be Sedated,” leading to the possibility that Vince’s time on the A-list may be short-lived.”

How about some photo’s of this TV Hottie/Boyfriend
