I saw a cute sign on someone else’s blog and at the time, I just knew I would remember where I saw it so I didn’t record it with the saved sign.  But, as it is, now I can’t remember.  So, if you recognize this as a sign from your blog or if you know whose blog it did come from, please let me know so I can send credit where credit is due. 

The reason I was so intrigued by the sign is because is sums up many things I have to say without me having to say a world.  Here’s what that sign looked like…

I’ve handled this little wedding and I had some wonderful posts from Robyn and I greatly appreciate her stepping in and helping me.  It wasn’t very easy for me to even keep things going at home and with all my contests and getting things done at home.  And, just as we were trying to get all things together and making it work, my oldest son got a stomach virus.  Luckily I didn’t have it yesterday.  Jace had it today and hopefully I can continue to avoid it.

My mom left today going to visit a terminally ill aunt in Florida and so obviously she won’t be here for Christmas and that will be tough.  I’ve only been away from my mom once or twice at Christmas that I can remember and those weren’t easy holidays for me.  This should prove interesting too.

So, now, I’m going to throw a few of my favorite wedding photos at you and then we will get moving again……….

I’m sure we’ve all come to terms with our strange love for serial killer Dexter Morgan. Portrayed not as a bad guy, this vigilante puts the sex back into murder in all the right ways.

But what about the rest of Miami metro? These boys in blue tend to get overlooked as we pant through an hour of Dexter trying to rid the world of all the bad guys he can, figure out how to be a good boyfriend (now fiancé) to Rita, and keep his double life under wraps from his ever nosier sister Deb.

David Zayas plays bad ass Lt. Angel Batista with flair and a tremendous amount of character development over the last few years. From a cheating drunk, Batista has become a good father, an even better boyfriend and boss, and an ever-growing sex-appeal to the show.

Vince Masuka shines (played by C.S. Lee) as the lead forensics analyst and Dexter’s partner in all things blood and guts. Off-color to a fault, even Masuka is starting to get some more on-screen romance time.

I’m adding a bit to this one because…….well, just because.  The real reason is because I have never seen this show before and when I look at that photo…I don’t instinctively think "sexy" or "tv boyfriend", but Robyn was kind enough to volunteer to write some posts here and she chose Dexter.

Well, I went in search of photos to add to this post and lo and behold…..I started to see a sexy man somehow.  So, with that, I have to show you the photo that turned my thinking around…..

my purpose in writing this is to ask for guest posters once again.  I had some great guest posts last time and right now I am running the 12 Days of Christmas Give Away on Mom~E~Centric, Mom is Teaching and Education Uncensored.  So, if I don’t get anything extra besides the contest and the winners up on those blogs it would be ok, but I prefer content along with the opportunities to win.  And, you too can enter the contests and try to win.  There’s 4 chances on 3 blogs and with such a low readership that I have, winning should be fairly easy. 
But, that’s not why I am writing this, I tend to ramble, can you tell? Here’s what’s happened.  My aunt in Florida has cancer and is in the hospital.  My mom is leaving Monday morning going down there.  That means that I have to work AND entertain a 4 year old all next week and the next and probably all the way up til Wayne is off for Christmas.  ALONE!.  Next on the list is the fact that my cousin is getting married on Saturday afternoon.  And, I went to the rehearsal dinner tonight because my husband and I are doing the photography.  Well, while i was there…..like 5 minutes after I walked in the building….I was handed a piece of paper with the words "Director" written at the top.  She smiled that sweet smile and said, "can you do this too?"
And, I mean, it is just wrong to tell a bride-to-be no so…..I’ve got to prepare for shooting my first wedding, directing one of many weddings (but she is doing some funky stuff and I don’t know any of the grooms parents - and step mom doesn’t talk to real dad and brother doesn’t speak to someone) and I’ve agreed to do all that along while keeping up 10 blogs, keep up with a 4 year old and help decorate for this wedding on Friday night.  Did I mention our Christmas tree hasn’t been put up yet?

And, the straw that breaks the camel’s back here…………….I don’t have any clothes that fit me to wear to the wedding.  I am huge right now and I couldn’t get anything to fasten.  So, that means…I must go shopping sometime.  Yea right.  Add to that the fact that since I’m directing and Wayne and I are doing photos…..I’d like to wear pants and I’m going to ask the bride-to-be tomorrow about it, so we shall see.  However, she is not going down the aisle to the wedding march and she and the groom are walking out to "I’m a believer….and I saw her face…." which just totally cracked me up.

Now, since you’ve heard my sob story and you already know about the TMJ crap (which this expensive mouthpiece seems to have helped a lot) and you know that I’ve not had to take care of this particular 4 year old all day and night without any intervention from a grandmother since July…..oh please, just pray that he lives through it.

Ok, so there’s his upcoming stint where he returns to ER.  I mean, the man was gorgeous when he did the ER run in the beginning and if you look at him now, he doesn’t look any different.  Just plain beautiful, absolutely plain beautiful.

He is an American actor and a director and he is known for his roles of Darryl in 1988 comedy film Coming to America and, as I mentioned, Dr. Peter Benton during the first eight seasons for the NBC drama series ER.

Where else you wanna look?  Well, you can find him in the HBO made-for-TV movie Rebound;  The Legend of Earl “The Goat” Manigault.  He was in such movies as One Hour Photo and directed Soul Food:  The Series on Showtime.

Recently he has been a Jamaican gangster in the film Johnny Was opposite Vinnie Jones, Samantha Mumba, Lennox Lewis and Roger Daltrey.  La Salle lived in Belfast for four weeks filming the movie and then he supported it at the North American premiere of the film at the Black American film festival in Miami.

He has even recently directed Law and Order:  SVU and of course, he is going to show up on ER to close this show out after all these years.

I’ve spent most of the week trying to prepare a website for local exposure.  I will have my site featured in the Life Styles of our local paper again.  This website is set up strictly for the parents, students and teachers in our community.  Well, all actuality, there’s two of them.

And, well, a Wentworth to Grow On definitely doesn’t hurt eh?

Well, unless you live under a rock, he most definitely can.  I mean, realistically, where do 99% of us see the President?  On the television, in the news and as of late in commercials.  So, definitely he makes the grade for a TV Boyfriend.

And, regardless of how you voted, it’s time to put your personal thoughts away and support the man elected President of the United States.  And, again, unless you live under a rock, you know that he is quite easy on the eyes. 

I’m not going to give you all the political hoopla surrounding Obama, you’ve heard it all since the campaigning began.  So, I’m going to stick with the little excerpt I caught on tonight’s Entertainment Weekly or some show similar to that.  His family is just as normal as any other in many ways.  His daughter complained because he would leave his bag from his recent trips in the doorway and she would trip over it while the other nags him because he likes regular gum, not bubble gum.

Sounds innocent enough to me.  How about photos of our  new Number One Family?

And, honestly, nothing is more sexy than a family man.

I’m not a big shopper, but I’m telling you, when I get started, there is no looking back.  And, I’ve been a little slower than most with the shopping online phenomenon but honestly, can shopping get any easier?

Kansas brings us Michael Hooper as their Cosmo Bachelor of 2008.  He is 30 and the two traits that describe him best come from him, “I am romantic and love new experiences.”  New experiences will probably be coming his way rather quickly.  Looking the way he looks and being noticed by a magazine like Cosmo will make his career as a Legislative Liaison be a second career sooner than later. 

What kind of hobbies does someone with such a serious career have?  He says, “Every weekend, I do something outdoors - basketball, football, softball or snowboarding.  He says his idea of a great first date would be a competitive activity like mini-golf. 

He says he doesn’t know why so many women fall for bad guys when there are so many good guys out there.  Apparently he hasn’t had to look for one of those good guys.

Just looking at this guy makes me wonder, where do these hotties hide?  Then, I figured it out, he is a dentist.  He is hiding somewhere behind a mask looking at people’s teeth.  He is 29 and from Orlando.  His friend nominated him and said, “He is the hottest young dentist around - it’s hard to get an appointment at his office!”  Well, I guess his days are full for real. 

As with the other guys I’ve featured this week, he is a Cosmo 2008 Bachelor for 2008 and he is most definitely hot.  And, as with the others this week, I suspect he won’t be making his living by peering into other folks’ mouths for much longer.

He is 23, 5′1″ and 150 pounds of beauty.  His abs…oh, yes, I am an ab woman.  He graduated from the University of San Diego with a dual degree in Political Science and Spanish.  He enjoys running, swimming and lifting weights..and it shows.

He was named Cosmo’s California Bachelor for 2008 and well he should be.  He was nominated by a former girlfriend who says, “Jhanelle always puts others before himself”.  His personality profile says, “I’m compassionate and I analyze everything.”

Those are both qualities that make him good as a special investigator.  And, well, I’m sure his body is going to be all over the modeling scene as well.

I don’t know if anyone else noticed, but his eyes look a lot like Wentworth Miller and you all know how I feel about Went, right?
