TV Boyfriends

First of all, before I can move on to new and gorgeous men who have managed to hit the airwaves, I have to remind you of the guys I dream about on a nightly basis. 

First and foremost, the TV Boyfriends mascot, Wentworth Miller.

Then, there’s always Shemar Moore is so hot he makes …never mind what he makes me do, but here he is, you tell me..

That’s by far my all time 2 favorites.  There’s plenty plenty more though, just make sure you check out all the links so you don’t miss any…not one.  There’s nothing like some good Eye Candy to keep a girl going, right?

A model, an actor, a producer….this guy is the complete package.  He has modeled for Calvin Klein, American Eagle Outfitters, Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci, Versace and Guess?  His first role acting was in The Rules of Attraction and has been seen in Smallville, CSI: Miami, Law & Order:  SVU, CSI, Now and Again as well as The Big Easy and has produced Recess.  In 2006, DNA Models named him as one of his Top 10 Models.

Now, I don’t recall seeing him on CSI or Law & Order and I’m sure if I had seen the episodes he was in, I’d definitely remember it.  Don’t you think you would remember it?

Channing Matthew Tatum….he was born in Cullman Alabama.  Do you guys realize that he was born less than 70 miles from my home.  He is an actor and former model.  He got his start that way and then branched into acting.  He started in films like Havoc in 2005, Coach Carter in 2005, Supercross in 2005, She’s the Man and then Step Up.  He was also part of A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints.  All of these were released in 2006.  He even has his own website.  And, trust me when I tell you that visiting Channing Tatum Unwrapped is a great idea.

While living in MIssissippi where he moved when he was six, he participated in football, soccer, track and baseball.  He also performed in martial arts.  He sasy girls were definitely a distraction for him.  He ended up in a private school.  He finished in 1998 and was voted most athletic.  He went to a college in West Virginia on a football scholarship.  He turned it down because he wasn’t interested in the demands that football would place on his time.

He has modeled for Abercrombie & Fitch, Nautica, Dolce & Gabbana, American Eagle Outfitters as well as Pepsi and Mt. Dew.  He became a TV Boyfriend when he appeared in an episode of CSI:  Miami.  You know all those dudes look good don’t you?

Where did he come from and how did he get to be so beautiful?  He was an athlete in high school but had to put his dream of playing professional baseball behind him.  As much as I love a good pretty athelete, I sure am glad that he turned to acting.  He had worked in some children’s theater stuff in New York and by age of 10 he had auditioned for a role in The Cosby Show.  He then ended up in NYPD Blue.  He was in Brooklyn South, Roswell as well as All Souls, Resurrection Boulevard, Felicity and Ryan Caulfied:  Year One.  Later he appeared in The Imposter and he was a major looker in Jennifer Lopez’s video “If You Had My Love”.  He was named People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” in 2003 and in People En Espanol magazine’s “25 Most Beautiful People”.  He now divides his time between New York and Los Angeles….

Ok, George Eads is hot, he has an awesome job playing Nick Stokes on CSI.  Here’s the scoop on his character and a few reasons why I think he is a great TV Boyfriend…looks aside, (bahahaha)

He has no distance from his work - ok, maybe that might get in the way of the relationship, but it sure is sexy on him

He loves to be with and around people - wala, that’s me

As a CSI, he is objective, he still has social responsibility but does his job without an agenda.

He loves his family and his family name, but he also wants to be on his own, lay down some roots and establish his own identity. 

His speciality is hair and fiber analysis.

Grissom, Gil Grissom makes the best TV Boyfriend ever.  He is not the best looking man I’ve ever laid eyes on, but his character just makes him a hottie.  Gil Grissom is the one that makes a good TV Boyfriend, not necessarily William Peterson.  Here’s the scoop on the character…

“Gil has spent the last 15 years helping Las Vegas move from #14 to #2 in the US Crime Lab rankings.  He grew up in Marina Del Rey, California.  ………..While others may have a reason for being a CSI, for Grissom the job is not about choice.  Grissom could no more work in another profession than a fish could stop swimming.  CSI is not a job for Grissom, its an expression of who he is as a person, the perfect synthesis of personality and profession.”

“In real life, William Peterson has a distinguished background in film, theater and television.  He has been in Long Gone, The Rat Pack, The Kennedys of Massachusetts which won a Golden Globe Award.  He was born in Evanston, Illinois, and first discoverd acting while on a football scholarship at Idaho State University.  He later studied acting in Spain.”

I could go on and on about CSI and its various shows AND its various boyfriends.  Today, I’m going with Gary Dourdan:

He plays Warrick Brown on the orginal CSI.  His character history can be found onCBS’ss site.  But, more interesting than that is his own personal history.  He won a 2002 NAACP Image Award as Best Supporting Actor for his role as Warrick Brown in CSI and was nominated again in 2003 in the Best Actor Category.  He has also been in “Soul Food”, “Muhammad Ali:  King of the World”, “Swift Justice”, “New York Undercover”, “Cold Feet” and “Beggars and Choosers”.  He was born on December 11 in Philadelphia and now lives in Los Angeles.
