Just who is this fella?  He is an Israeli-born American tattoo artist.  He is the co-owner of the Miami, Florida tattoo parlor known as Miami Ink.  This tattoo shop is the subject of a TLC reality show.  He also co-owns a clothing design company as well as a Miami nightclub.  He has also created designs for the Razr mobile phones. And, I’m certain if asked, he could create a tattoo like the one Wentworth Miller (Michael Scofield sports in Prison Break.
