TV Boyfriends

Again, another actor that I had never heard of makes my TV Boyfriend list this week..  His career revolves around being a star on 300.  He says he has never had luck with women.  He says he was on a date once and the lady went to the restroom.  He decided to take a trip to the bathroom and when he came out, the lady was gone.  He never saw her again.

Most recently Gerald can be found in How to train Your Dragon, The Ugly Truth, Game, RocknRolla, 300, The Phantom of the Opera, Reign of Fire, The Jury, and Jewel of the Sahara.

Humm, I don’t know that I’ve ever seen him anywhere but he looks pretty good, might need to start looking for more of him, eh?

Yea, did you know?  Hunter Johansson is a twin to "that" girl.  He is younger by three minutes and so his famous sister says she tries to help me out when it comes to girls.  He says he counts on his sister to tell him "how girls think."  He says when he is stuck and can’t figure a lady out, he definitely gives his sister a call.  He is a campaign organizer for Barrack Obama.  He says his sister has set him up on some dates, but not with anyone famous, just some of her school friends but he says, they are all beautiful, wonderful girls.  Well, you don’t say?

Hunter is an actor himself and has appeared in Manny & Lo in 1996 and as I mentioned right now, to pay the rent, he is working with Obama as he makes a run for the White House. 

Ok, look, some guys make good TV Boyfriends because of their very own character.  Some make good TV Boyfriends because of their character on a show that I’ve seen lately.  Some make good TV Boyfriends because….their athletes and THEY ARE FREAKIN HOT HOT HOT.  James Taylor would be exactly one of those that fall into the just freakin hot category. 

He says he tailors his hairdo according to the kind of women he wants to attract.  I’m looking at this photo with a bald head and I’m getting terribly excited right now.  He said though in college he had braids and dreadlocks and even some cornrows.  But then he says it seemed that the girls he knew were after a bad boy kind of.  Now that’s he has grown up though, he tends to date girls who have figured out what they life in a guy and hopefully the hair isn’t the only thing they are looking for….He says for now, he likes being a clean cut guy.  I say…….absolutely hot hot hot.

I know that this girl got her heart broke by that other dude.  But, she outright said he was the one she was falling in love with, yet she didn’t keep him.  You know, she is an idiot.  I called her out for being fake weeks ago, but now, she is just plain goofy.  She didn’t have to let him go, if he was the one she was falling in love with, then keep him, let someone go that you are not having "love" feelings for…duh.  Once again, reality TV has disappointed me.  I just can’t imagine why people don’t listen to me when I try to tell them what’s really going on.  And, so, for you to see, here’s Graham…

Basically you can go to Graham’s website (not tonight though, it is getting slammed apparently) and read about his young basketball career in Germany which was sidelined by an injury.  He was born and raised in Raleigh but currently he devotes his time to developing a clothing line that enables charities to benefit children in need.  The name of this of this clothing is 46 with the phrase "Enable 46" being used as the logo.  I’m going to post a photo since I can’t do it justice.  So, apparently, he really is a good ol’ boy and DeAnna has screwed herself over once again.

Well, I can’t make it work, it looks something like this…en46le with the 4 being a capita A and the 6 being a lower case b..as if you needed me to explain that any further.

You see, I have no clue who he is.  But, he is on People Magazine’s Single and Sexy Men of 2008.  So, obviously, I had to do my research.  The first thing I read about him was that he said he was arrogant and he expects any girl that he dates to know how he feels about himself.  Hummm, not sounding too wonderful just yet, but let me keep looking for more.  He was born on March 11, 1969 and I honestly can’t imagine someone my age being that conceited, but whatever.  He has been on Mr. Holland’s Opus, African American, Dye Trying’ and Iron Man. 

He appeared in "Best Man" a 1999 video my Ashanti for her 2002 single "Foolish" and in Mary J Blige’s video for "Be Without You".  Ok, so maybe he has a reason to be in love with himself.  That’s some pretty hot ladies right there.  He was on television way back in 1992 when he was part of The Jacksons:  An American Dream.  He has also been part of The O.J. Simpson Story, King of the World, Boycott, Lackawanna Blues, Their Eyes Were Watching God.

So, ok, I’ll take it, it looks pretty good to me.

You all know how Wentworth is like the TV Boyfriend Mascot and all.  Well, I haven’t seen a good Prison Break commercial in ages and tonight (Tuesday), tonight I got to see the first of the Fall Season’s Upcoming Kick-off Show.  I’m stoked.  I really miss Wentworth, what with no one on this summer to truly lust after.  I mean, the prison stuff aside, wouldn’t Michael Scofield make a hell of a boyfriend.  I mean, he went to prison for his brother, talk about defending his lady…yea, he would so do that.  And, apparently from this little commercial, he gets an opportunity to defend his love Sara this fall.  But, again, the prison stuff aside, I could so use Michael Scofield or even simply Wentworth himself to defend me now and again. 

So, I had to dig up a few new photos of Went and trust me, it isn’t easy to find new stuff.  I know there’s not many, but this is the best I could do in the off-season.

My initial pick for DeAnna really was Graham.  Maybe because it is fairly obvious that she is horny for him, lol.  Sorry, but I mean, you can just see it all over the place.  And, well, he is an athlete, double trouble if you ask me.  But, he does not remain around to get hooked up with DeAnna.  The question goes like this, who does?

I haven’t read any spoilers on Jason but he could be left out in the cold too for all I know.  But, to me, he seems so very genuine.  He seems real.  He has said in no uncertain terms that he loves his son more than anything.  He makes no bones about the fact that sure his son needs a mother, but he needs a mate and he thinks DeAnna is the one. 

And, you?

Yes, I said Fred.  Fred who?  Well, I’m talking about the Fred that DeAnna was not interested in.  I’m talking about the Fred who had the one on one date with DeAnna and the Fred who thought he was still in the game when she sent the other "guy" home.  Yes, that is the Fred I’m talking about.  Fred is lawyer from Skokie, Illinois.  That alone should have been enough for everyone to know, that goofy grin and those crazy looking eyebrows are not good.  No, I’m not that big into looks, I like my man educated and smart, but folks, each man/woman to their own, but there has to be some kind of attraction.  And, that’s why you find me here, telling you, about Fred.  He is not my kind.  But, if you live in Chicago, Illinois, you might find him good looking, his personality kicker and really want to get to know his educated brain.  For me, no, I’ll keep the one I got. 

What did Fred ave to say about it?  Well, he told RealityWorld.com this:

"Obviously when Robert left I’m feeling pretty good.  It kind of hits you like, ‘Wow!  There’s going to be six guys left and I’m one of them. Things are going pretty good here and you’re going to get an opportunity to know this person a little bit more,’" Greif told Reality TV World during a Thursday conference call.  "That’s pretty much what I was thinking, as you saw, my sigh of relief to still be there — or at least I thought."

I do wonder how some of these guys end up on the show.  For Fred, he was just hanging out on a rare Sunday night with a buddy.  Some woman just approached him and said, "would you like to go out for The Bachelorette?"  He turned the offer down.  She talked into an interview though.  He did some research and yea, he enjoyed his time on the show and says that DeAnna is great.

His choice for the show?  His bunk mate Jeremy who is a single father.  He said that it was obvious that his son Ty is the most important thing in his life and that he is there for the right reasons.  He says he has not dated since the show but hopes he finds someone soon.

There’s just not a lot of photos of these guys out there.  So, I give you the only on I can find right now.

Robert.  Yes, Robert was the other guy on the one on one.  DeAnna broke his heart first, as in, before she went to Fred.  And, he acted liked a blubbering fool.  I’m not telling you this from reading about it on a site somewhere.  I’m telling you this and from what the editors let us see?  He was a blubbering crying drunk when he was cut from the show.  He is laid back in the back of the limo that took him from the house and he was absolutely completely odd. 

But, if you liked him, thought DeAnna shouldn’t have tossed him and live in San Francisco, California?  Well, you might be in luck.  He is 28 and a chef, and if you like good cooking, your most definitely in luck.  I personally never liked him from the get-go.  To me he showed DeAnna what a baby was earlier in the same episode and that right there was enough to make me go "yuk" when I watched him in action.  Then, listening to his crazy remarks and watching him try to kiss DeAnna was so totally gross.  He really better hope he can hide somewhere from many folks because I’m sure he toted some grief (Fred Grief withheld) for his actions on that episode. 

But, for you, I give you Robert:

Ok, this guy is 6′5′ tall, weights about 205 and yes, he too has a bald head.  I don’t know what’s up with me and these bald headed men, but take a gander at these biceps:

I mean, c’mon ladies, look at those arms.  It really makes you wonder what his abs look like, doesn’t it?

I mean, c’mon ladies, this guy is hawt, hawt, hawt!

I couldn’t find a photo of his abs, but if I could have, you can bet I would have given it to you.  So, instead, I’ll give you these…

You all know I am an avid athlete.  I’ve been a Kobe fan even through his hard times.  The kid came out of high school (albeit, not the kind we have around here) and went straight to the NBA.  Anyone who expected him not to find trouble along the way, no matter how well schooled he was or well-mannered he was, anyone, I tell you, anyone, was quite the fool.  I would have given you every penny I had, which probably wasn’t much, the day he came out on a bet that he would find trouble with at least about five years.  And, that he did.

But, anyway, let’s quit talking about that.  He really is a good looking guy, right?  I mean, what 6′6", 205 pound man with the coordination and the perfectly shaped head looks better?  Ok, I know, Michael Jordan, but anyway, Kobe is ‘da MAN. 

As you probably know, he is playing for an NBA championship and this time, there’s no Shaq around to play the other man on the court.  Who cares, right?  Anyway, he’s been available to the common eye for several weeks now, go see for yourself if you don’t believe me.  Here’s a few photos I was able to drag up.

I’m still on this Bachelorette kick and right now, I’m mesmerized by the eyes of one man named Donato.  I have no idea when he was sent home as I even I can only keep up with so man men*.  I’m going to find out though, but I’m telling you right now, I don’t know how she could turn those eyes away.  He is 26, a Sales representative from I don’t know where or who but he could sell me some serious Ocean property Arizona.  He is originally from Lexington, SC and now lives in Charleston, SC.  That tells me one more thing that I really need to know about him, he is a pure southern gentleman.  Pure and simple, he says "please" and "thank you" and I can guaran-darn-tee you he says "yes ma’am" and maybe even says "for you ma’am" every now and again.  You tell me, what’s not to love about a good southern gentleman?  And a good southern gentleman with eyes like this?

And, since we are talking about all things physical, I mean, well, since I was thinking about all things physical, take a gander at this man’s lips.  All I can say to that my friends is "pucker up!"

*When I went back and read the wrap from the first night, I remember him well.  He was the poor guy who got goofed right in the beginning.  She said, "Tell me something funny…." and he said, "You look great…wait, that’s not funny."  Ok, maybe even those eyes are not enough to get past that.
