TV Boyfriends

Even though ABC cancelled Football Wives, it had some hunks lined up.  I’m gonna take a few days and show you a few.  Let’s start with Eddie Cibrian.  I can’t resist starting this one off with a nice photo…

You know, that’s not my normal MO, to give you the photo before the details but…who can resist that dude?  Where can you find ol’ Eddie?  Start with The Young and the Restless, Baywatch Nights, Sunset Beach, Third Watch, Tilt, Invasion, Beverly Hills 90210, Living Out Loud, But I’m a Cheerleader and The Cave.  He joined Vanished mid-way through the season and ended up as the lead.

So, what do you think?  I think it is too bad that they cancelled the show.

Yes, in my opinion, those Spanish-born men can be hot hot hot!  And, Ripa certainly got herself a hot one.  Kelly says that her man likes to take the lead when they tango and she likes that.  She also says she has had a crush on him since the first time she saw him.  She even says that their relationship was a secret.  She says people found out they were dating…except they were already married by then. 

His role as Mateo Santos on All My Children started in February 1995.  He fell in love with…you know, Kelly Ripa.  I’ve mentioned that already, eh?  When all that happened, he was simply living as a sofa-sleeper at his co-star Winsor Harmons.  Harmon was actually one of the few that knew about he and Ripa.  They have three children, Michael Joseph, Lola Grace and Joaquin Antonio.   He has also starred in the educational serial Connect With English which aires on public televisions as part of the Anneberg/CPB Project.  When left AMC, he starred in The Great Raid, Wedding Daze and the Lifetime series Missing.  Recently he hosted the reality show Age of Love and Science of Love.  He has guest starred on Third Watch, Friends, American Family, Fortune Hunter, Seaquest and Hope and Faith.

Ok, you know, men have their calendar girls?  Well, I”m here to tell you that the sport of rugby has a calendar that celebrates the masculine physique of rugby men.  The 2008 calendar has hot rugby player and model, Geoffroy Messina, chained to a football on its cover.  Now that I think about it, who needs football?

What’s not to love recognize?

He wears number 22 for the Cleveland Browns.  He models for Bruce Weber.  He’s been quoted as saying that “A lot of times I look kind of dorky in photos.  I really don’t take myself too seriously when it comes to having my picture taken.” 

I’m here to say that there’s nothing dorky about this man.  Nothing at all.  Does Brady Quinn look like dork to you?

He says that he wants to look professional but at the same time, he still makes goofy comment in magazines and awkward faces.  I mean, really, nothing dorky here now is there?

I’ve talked about Chase before on my other blogs.  In case you don’t know, he is “dating” or “romantically involved” with Carrie Underwood.  One lucky girl I say!   Funny how I didn’t even know the man existed til I saw he is Carrie’s new beau.  Where can you find him? 

Well, he grew up in Lubbuck, Texas.  I knew I wanted to live thre for some reason.  Most notably right now, he is in Gossip Girl.  That show is much talked about but I have yet to check it out myself.  Have you?

I’ve been digging really deep into the Internet to find some more hot hot hot TV Boyfriends.  And, naturally, I found Alan Ritchson and was totally amazed.  I like brunettes.  I’m sure you’ve noticed.  I like tan and dark skin, I’m sure you’ve noticed.  But Alan?  He is blonde and appears to even be a little fair skinned.  But people, the man is simply gorgeous.

The first thing I noticed about him is that he simply doesn’t mind showing his body.  Being very very conservative in that area, it always amazes me to see people who are comfortable naked.  I dont’ even like being naked alone, never mind in broad daylight and on magazine covers.  But, thankfully enough, Alan Ritchson is not like me.  And, afterall, I don’t think anyone wants to see me anyway.

So, where did he come from, out of the blue it seems.  He started in the Abercrombie and Fitch catalogue.  He appeared on American Idol and was one of 87 contestants who made it to Hollywood.  What was he remembered for there?  His striptease!  I mean, see, he really doesn’t mind at all.  Apprarently he woo’d Paula with that very strip act.  And, soon thereafter, he was a guest star on Smallville as the young version of Aquaman.  He even had an independent album called This is Next Time which was released in 2005.  He also models underwear for the men’s online underwear store known as internationaljock.com

What do I need to do to get to be this girl? 

You know I’ve told you many times that I am a bigtime sports fan.  Rondaldo was born in Madeira, Portugal.  He began kicking a football when he was three.  When he started primary school at six, everyone was noticing his passion for the sport.  He played on an amateur team to start with.  Many tops teams were interested in him.  As you should know by now, we aren’t talking the American version of football, we are talking soccer! 

And, I am not a very big soccer fan but when the players look like this….yummy!  He has previous dating included model Jordana Jardel as well as talk-show host Merche Romero and Gemma Atkinson.  He was even recently seen kissing Bipasha Basu and is rumored to be dating Portuguese singer and actress Luciana Abreu.

Let me hear you spell that one out loud a few times.  The first place Milo was spotted that I remember is from the Gilmore Girls.  He has been on other shows like The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, CSI, Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Law and Order, SVU and Boston Public.  I really liked Boston Public and I do vaguely remember him from there.  He has also been on American Dreams, The Bedford Diaries, Dirty Deeds, the latest Rocky movie, Rocky Balboa and of course Heros and Big Girls Don’t Cry. 

He started auditioning, booking jobs and working his up while attending UCLA.  He was majoring in English and has four years under his belt but no degree.

Do you think he is hot? 

Jason Lewis, the Sex and the City hunk is now the Aero Bubbles Hunk too.  He is appearing in an ad for television for British chocolate Aero Bubbles.  I don’t know about you guys, but maybe I would love to try these chocolates….

He even said that since he was from California, he was accustom to hanging around half naked on a beach, so he had no problem shooting the ad.  He even added that going to London to eat bubbly chocolate was a great job…erm…yea for the photographer…

I figured I needed to see a little bit about how he looked with his clothes on.  I even looked for a close up but that picture up there on the far left…that one just wouldn’t go away!

Speaking of the law, I have never been so in love with a character…and an actor…and when he looks this doggone good, what’s not to love.  I know I should cover more actors, but dang it, this one just keeps showing up and I can’t stand it.

When I first saw Erik, I thought, Ethan.  Oh how I loved Ethan.  I kid you not, I had the hots for him big time.  So, when it comes to Erik Huffman….I get goo-goo eyed again.  He grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, where he played and excelled in football and baseball.  That’s not all, he achieved academic excellence.  He graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration in 2003.  He has even studied in Australia.  Huffman enjoyed working in the media and entertainment.  He started modeling when he was 18 and started working commercials.  He was then discovered by Ford Models.  He has now offically worked for Hanes, Glamour, Abercrombie & Fitch, Finish Line, Macey’s, Target and many others. 

He learned guitar at 13 and music has always been a passion.  It was only a hobby for years.  He is currently a full-time musician, playing bass guitar and singing with his rock band, FLOREZ.

I know that Star Trek is not really TV stuff, but then again, if you watch the old shows, then yea, it probably is.  And, if you were wondering who might turn up as the next Captain, then look no further.  Chris Pine.  That would be more like, Chris Pine?  Who?

I personally have never heard of him.  And, he doesn’t have a big resume’, but it does include The Princess Diaries 2:  Royal Engagement and Just My Luck.

His first acting role was in 2003 on ER and then he was in episodes of The Guardian, CSI:  Miami and a short film called Why Germany.  He has appeared in episodes of Six Feet Under, Confessions and The Bulls.

In the near future, he will appear in Bottle Shock, an indie drama about the birth of the Napa Valley wine business.  He will also turn up as Rhett in Small Town Saturday Night and Carriers.

Prison Break is sporting a new guy..on the block, in the block and all around the block.  Robert Wisdom is the king inside the Panamanian Prison.  This prison is one where the prisoners are just thrown in together and the only rule is don’t try to escape.  Wisdom is the guy in charge on the inside.  And, in some ways, he is almost likeable. 

A little about Wisdom…he was born in Washington D.C. to Jamaican parents.  He has been a star in the last three seasons of HBO’s The Wire.   He has also been in Barbershop 2:  Back in Business and Ray as well as Freedom Writers.  And now..now he is the Panamanian drug kingpin and his name is Lechero…..

I fell in love with Rob Lowe many moons ago.  And, funny thing is, he looked exactly like he does now.  How weird is that?  My first real love for him was in About Last Night.  I mean, in my mind, he and Demi Moore were just like a ball and a glove.  I loved their work.  I know he did lots of movies before that one, that was just my first good long look of love for him. 

His first acting job was in the ABC television series A New Kind of Family.  I’ve never heard of it.  I also was fairly fond o fhim as Sam Seaborn on The West Wing although I wasn’t a loyal fan to the show, I really liked to watch it just for him.  He has been nominated three times for the Screen Actors Guild Award and even won twice.

His other works include Thank You for Smoking, A Perfect Day, A Few Good Men, Little Hotel on the Side, Three Sisters, The Outsiders, St. Elmo’s Fire, Bad Influence, Wayne’s World, Tommy Boy, Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me, A View from the Top, Class, The Hotel New Hampshire, Oxford Blues, Youngblood, Square Dance, Masquerade, Mulholland Falls, Beach Girls, Salem’s Lot, The Christmas Shoes, The Stand, Frank and Jesse, The Lyon’s Den, Dr. Vegas, and a short film that he wrote and directed called Desert’s Edge.
