TV Boyfriends

Yes, Shemar was on a nude beach.  According to him he was with two “hot” chicks both of whom he referred to as “girlfriends” and they (the girls that is) wanted to go skinny dipping, so he obliged them.  And, just what does he have to say about it…well…

He seems to be “ok” with it.  That’s to put it lightly.  Basically he was more upset that the tabloids used the word “frolick” to describe what he was doing.  He says it sounds like he was skipping or something.  But, he went on to say that he isn’t gay and that he hates the media is making such a big deal of it.   He went on to say that he hasn’t nothing against gay’s, but he likes his wimmins’.  Ok, that was my word, not his.  If you didn’t see those nude photos…well you oughta…bahahaha

I’ve been watching this only sporadically this season but it didn’t take me long to fall in love with Hokuto Konishi.  Yea, say that 3 times.  His nickname is Hok and he really does have 2 years of formal training but his hip hop dancing is the greatest!  He says his other hobbies are cooking, drawing, painting, designing and violin.  He plays the violin people. 

I’m telling, you, him going home tonight was a complete travesty…travesty people, it is horrible!

Nick lachey is living with Vanessa Minnillo and apparently things are just swell at their place. They even shared food at the Dos Caminos Park in New york City.

He has been seen in Bewitched, The Hard Easy, Charmed, Hopeand Faith and Twins. 

Well, if a naked Shemar wasn’t enough to make you wonder about all that’s well in the world, now Mandy Patinkin is gone.  Plain gone that is, gone from Criminal Minds, out of sight.  He didn’t show up for a table read and now he is plain gone. 

So, we salute a great TV Boyfriend Jason Gideon or in real life, Mandy Patinkin.

Matt is the quaterback for the Arizona Cardinals and he is the father of a bubbly 8 month old son.  He says it is a blessing to have the little man in his life.  Now, there’s a sure fire way to pull the women in.  I assume he already has one, but a girl can dream of a man like that now can’t they?

Ok, here’s the deal on this show.  The bachelor gets to choose a girl on his own using his gut instincts.  He doesn’t get to know much about her before he chooses her but his choice is truly one that is done out of personal choice.  The, “science” chooses a girl for him as well.  He gets to go on a day/night date with both, then he can choose the girl that he wants to continue to see.  And, the girl that is not chosen becomes next weeks bachelor(ette). 

So, last weeks bachelor was pretty hot I think.  I don’t like blondes too much but this guy looked prettty good to me and was very likable.  He was polite and courteous, he had a great sense of humor and was absolutely fun to watch.  So, you decide what you think of his looks because I know that none of you would turn away a polite, courteous, good-humored man……hot or not.  But really, if you add hot to that list of characteristics…you get a great find. 

Did I mention he is a professional football player?  No, I forgot that part.  Maybe that’s why he looks good to me, I love athletes.

Well, he’s been all over my TV anyway.  Is he and Kate getting back together?  Does that mean he is off the market?  Well…..who cares, he is pleasant to look at and he would make an awesome boyfriend.  Question is, do you have the moral standing to marry a Prince….or do you just dream of being a Princess?  See!

Ok, another thing about that show…it is hosted by a hot man too!  You know, I’ve never been a big fan of Mark Consuelos but Kelly Ripa…I love her.  And, because of her, I think he is might good looking after all.

Mark Consuelos is the host of the show and while he would make a doggone good boyfriend himself, we all know he is taken, so we will simply pretend that he isn’t and watch the show, drooling over he and Mark Philippoussis.

Ok, I didn’t watch the first show, but somehow, I caught the encore and I was pulled into yet another reality show.  I liked it, it was cute and there’s really nothing like watching a few catfights.  But the star of the show?  Mark Philippoussis. 

You may not know him, he is a big-time Tennis star and even models some.  He is 30 and on the show, he is suppose to be being “fixed up” with a woman of his choice. Of course, they narrowed it down for him, but you know how that goes.  Anyway, the first set of women were all over 40 (maybe one was 39).  He was shocked at how good they looked and a little confused by the whole set up.  Then, after he starts to enjoy the company of some mature women (like me, mature, haha), they bring in the 20-somethings that laugh and giggle and act silly.  He found he liked the older women a lot.  That’s what hooked me in, he liked women like me…not old, just mature…yea. 

Anyway, enough about the show, more about today’s TV Boyfriend…I’m telling you, he would make a heck of a boyfriend…he’s educated, he’s talented, he’s athletic, he’s 6′5″, he’s gorgeous…..shoot, I almost forgot that he was gorgeous (yea right!). 

He is potrayed as a guy who likes the simplicity of life, being outdoors, taking surfing trips an really enjoying life.  He says he is presently in a healthy committed relationship with is pet Rottweiler.  His words were, “she doesn’t ask where I’ve been and she’s always there for me.”  Now, see, he just rocks don’t he?

I’m vacationing at home alone with two kids…no really, that’s what I’m doing.  Today is the first day of our week off in the summer that we affectionately call “Summer Vacation”.  And, my husband worked all day today and I have done as much as I could do from home. 

So, I’m calling this Sunday’s Eye Candy a vacation day and I’ll see you back on Monday with week-day boyfriends and next Sunday with more eye candy.
