TV Boyfriends

No, really, Skeet, what a name.  The name comes from the nickname Skeeter…oh yea, His little league coach named him that because of his small stature.  Well, I must say, small stature or not, he is quite a cutie.  He is on Jericho which you all know will be coming back after the backlash that was caused when they cancelled the show.  And, so, we can see more of ol’ Skeet there.  He was also in Weekend at Bernies, Chill Factor, Miracles and Scream. 

I’m not too fond of any of the characters on Jericho for a boyfriend but you know, sometimes, you take what you got to choose from.  And, in that case, it ain’t too bad.

More folks that are in my Eye Candy…what about Tom Welling.  I don’t watch Smallville and I did tell you that I prefer my men with a buzz cut…but really, this guys hair is pretty nice eh?

He has been in Tommy Hilfiger ads, Abercrombie & Fitch ads as well as Superman, Judging Amy and some other stuff like Cheaper by the Dozen 2.  So, you know, he might as well be featured as a tv boyfriend.

Yes, I know, he was just on the Eye Candy but I figure if he was important enough to make Eye Candy, we could talk about him some more.  My first experience with him was on that little sitcom with Queen Latifah that’s name escapes me as of right now.  And, I liked him then, well I liked the show in general.  I thought it was a nice thought that a crew of women, even Tootie, could live together like that (bahahaha, be for real) and have 2 great men live in the same complex.  Enjoying each others company all the time it seemed. 

I even liked his character quite a bit…even though he was a lawyer.  He has also been in some other shows like The Fresh Prince of Bel-air and of course, Comedy Central and is even number 54 on Comedy Centrals 100 Greatest Stand-ups of All Time.

I shouldn’t have to tell you after all this time that military men crank my tractor big time.  And, well The Unit is just that, a show about the military.  If you were to allow me to show you only the men that I think are hot, you would definitely see a pattern of…..yea, Scott Foley looking, on and off the show.

The buzz cut is awesome in my mind.  I’ve never dated a man with much longer than a buzz and I just like my men that way.  And, Scott Foley does not disappoint.  He was on Felicity…if you guys watched that show and Dawson’s Creek as well.

So, yea, he makes a great TV boyfriend in my mind.

I’ve seen this guy on many shows in the past and never knew his name.  Sure wish I had though, just look what I was missing.  He will play a jailed Panamanian drug lord Luchero who just happens to run the inmates in the Central American prison where much of the season takes place.  He was also Howard “Bunny” Colvin on “The Wire, Barbershop2:  Back in Business and Ray.

He was in The Wire on HBO and well…..yea, what do you think?

Yes, the man is rather old for my taste but if you are anywhere close to my age…..30′ish or almost 40′ish or even if you are 50′ish and 20′ish, you know who Bob Barker is and you know he is one of the most famous men in TV.  He was suave and debonaire (is that how you spell that?) and he was always right there with the right words.  And, now, he has taped his last show.

I wrote on another blog..or two about his idea to endorse Rosie (the bitch) for his job.  Now, I’m sorry but I’m beginning to wonder if he is retiring from insanity but I’ll try to avoid talking about that too much here.  For now, I’ll stick to the fact that he was always happy, always well dressed, always glad to hug and kiss on any fat lady, skinny lady, lady with no teeth, lady with big hair, lady with now hair or you know…..anyone that simply wanted a hug and a kiss from THE Man of The Price is Right.

And, what could be better in a TV Boyfriend than a man that seems so perfect.

Here I am, getting started with the character of one show and leading you quickly to more characters on the same show.  James Lesure plays Mike Cannon on Las Vegas and well, I think he is hot.

No, really, I love his character, he has wit, he has style and he never really has a girl, he just seems to be in constant flirt mode and well, I think he would be a great tv boyfriend.  He was born and raised in Los Angeles and served in the Air Force Academy (I knew it, I’m a sucker for military men) before attending Souther Cal. 

He has been anmed one of the six hottest males on television.  And, well, yea, he is hot.  He was also in Crimson Tide…hey did you know that?  I didn’t til now.

Just look at the hotness - he might have to make Sunday’s Eye Candy…

Did you watch this show?  We did, and we kind of liked it.  And, of course on the show, you will find yourself drawn to men with the money….well in real life too I suppose.  So, yes, a great TV Boyfriend he did make.

In real life, he made a complete jerk of himself trying to impress his girlfriend Fergie when she appeared on the show.  He came face to face with her and instead of saying something suave, he said, “You’re Hot!”. 

Yea, great pick up line there Josh!

Well, I don’t know about you, but I’m a sucker for athletes. Normally, I like them tall and muscular but in Tiger’s case…just being great at what he does is enough I suppose. And, obviously he is doing something right at home, he has a beautiful model wife who just gave birth to a daughter and she is appropriately named Sam Alexis. His wife is a model guys, he talked her into bulging her belly for a baby…hehehe. So, he surely is on top of his game and I mean at home, not on the golf course.

I don’t think Blake Lewis has been in on my Eye Candy but he has been featured.  I am in limbo on whether he is hot or not…..he seems kind of….gay….not that gay is a problem, but you know, I”m looking for a man that would appeal to me and well, gay don’t fit…so, here he is, you decide.

And, man is it ever a good one.

I watch this show every once in a while.  To me it is much like a soap opra, you can watch every other episode and still know what is going on.  That’s a lot considering it does move a little faster than soaps, but not much.  I still like and obviously many people do because it is coming back next season.  Anyway, today’s boyfriend….badboy Taylor Kitsch’s character Tim Riggins.  I say bad boy because he has had a hard-knock life and it fairly evident when he brawls with his own brother.  His parents provide no support for him and he and his brother are at each other’s throats often. 

As for Kitsch himself….he was born in Kelowna, BC and raised in Vancouver.  His first major role was in 2003 in David Richard Ellis’ “Pacific Air 121″.  He is going to be in “John Tucker Must Die” soon opposite Brittany Snow and Jesse Metcalfe.  What do you think?

Have you ever noticed that when I find a show with tv boyfriends on it, I get stuck in a rut?  Well, when I was watching a rerun of FNL, I couldn’t help but get my eye on this young lad.  And, he is a good kid on the show.  I mean, teenage girls would be swooning after this teenage football player if he were in their school. 

In the show, he plays a running back, Brian “Smash” Williams, and he is a really good football player too.  He has taken to ingesting a few pick-me-up drugs here and there but for the most part, he has really made a name for himself in the community where he lives as well as the one he previously lived.  His father died in a car accident and he learns the real reason in this particular episode.  So hard it seems.

In reality, he is a recent graduate of Carnegie Mellon where he received his B.F.A. in drama graduating magna cum laude.  He has a pretty good background and appears to have a big future.  He loves aviation and hopes to become a pilot one day.  He resides in Teaneck, New Jersey now.

I know he looks like a kid, but I am a kid at heart, c’mon.

Is he old enough to be anyone’s boyfriend?  I don’t really know but I can tell you that he plays a cute little kid on the show, even though I don’t know his character in-depth because I don’t watch this show.  But, he is adorable and one day, he is gonna be a hottie for sure.

I mean really, he is only 10…

Well, he Adrian started as Chipper alongside Tom Cruise in Top Gun.  He is now Nathan Petrelli on Heroes.  His character pretends he is delusional with his fantasies of lfight, but in acutality, Nathan has a secret of his own. 

Well, before he was an actor, he wrote and directed a short film entitled “Beyond Belief” and directed a feature film “Cement” with Chris Penn and Sherilyn Fenn.  What do you think about it?
