TV Boyfriends

I watched all 3 hours of Survivor on Sunday night…and…like a goofball…I live blogged it all too.  I mean detail by minute detail.  In the end, advertising executive Earl Cole won the million dollars.  He was the first Survivor ever to get to the winning prize without ever winning an immunity challenge and the first to win by getting all 9 votes….all nine votes ya’ll…it was unanimous.  It didn’t hurt that his 2 competitors were goofballs and he turned on the only other person that could have beat him and voted him out….so he deserved it.

And, so of course that means that Earl would make a great boyfriend, one with a million dollars…but nevermind that greediness, he seemed to have such character, perserverance, loyalty (to a point) and really seemed like an over-all good guy…I really liked him…really…here’s a few pics…

Well, if you watched this show, you know this man is to die for.  He is a great coach but aside from all of that, he makes a hell of a husband and father.  He does his best to proetect his little girl from the high school quarterback and keep things hot with his wife at the same time.  Yes, at the end of the season he made some questionable decisions to move his family against their wishes….but who knows if he will really go through with it.  Either way, he has all the qualities of a great TV Boyfriend - polite, respectful and teaching children/teenagers and doing it all while keeping his own self-respect and style.  OH yes…

Best known as James “Sawyer” Ford on Lost….in 2005 People Magazine named him one of their 50 most beautiful people..in 2006, In Touch Weekly named him the “hottest hunk” on television - what else?  Try Whisper, Command and Conquer, Lost, Navy NCIS, CSI, Walker, Texas Ranger, Cold Heart…..and now I give you….

So, is he your type?  He is definitely not mine…

Let’s hope that since Ty is into changing things around, he is willing to change his lifestyle a little.  He did the right thing in my opinion, he took responsibility for what he did (driving under the influence) and he said that he would make the much needed changes. 

What woman doesn’t want a man that can remodel the house, make it as beautiful as he has the potential to do and is willing to admit they are wrong every once in a while….whoa…….I’ll take him……

I don’t know if you guys watch this show or not, but you should.  Next week is the season finale but it really has been a good show.  We went through a stretch where we forgot what was on for Friday nights but apparently we didn’t miss much.  That was probably when everyone was doing re-runs.

Anyway, as a TV Boyfriend, Jon Seda plays Ray Blackwell and he is looking pretty doggone good.  Jon has been on Ghost Whisperers, Oz, UC: Uncover, Third Watch and Homicide: Life ont he street.  He has guest starred on NYPD Blue, New York Undercover, Kevin Hill, Las Vegas and Law and order. 

I can’t tell you how much his character lends itself to being a tv boyfriend, all I can tell you is that all these crime shows has led me to believe that cops are hot, lawyers are hot, judges are hot…and on and on in the that field.

Apparently this show is a no-go for another season but if you’ve been blessed enough to see Jay Hernandez, you know he is definitely a go in the Boyfriend department.

He came on the Hollywood scen in 2001 in “Crazy/Beautiful”.  Since then, he has been in “The Rookie”, “Torque”, “Ladder 49″, and then sprang into action on “Friday Night Lights” alongside Billy Bob Thornton. 

As a boyfriend, his characters name is Carlos and he is a New York City public defender.  He is a hopeless romantic and a relentless optimist who really wants to help people.  He finally falls for Mae who he gets off of a misdemeanor charge.  He believes that the two meets as fate and he sets off on a romantic journey to find Mae.

He is noted as one of the few Latino leading men and has the honor of working with some of the best writers, directors and producers.

So, let’s see what he looks like.

He looks good don’t he?  And a hopeless romantic?  The best kind of boyfriend.

Blake…erm…Blake who?  Well, Blake Lewis that’s who.  I don’t know about you, but for the most part, he doesn’t crank my tractor.  However, to some, he is a little cutie.  In my opinion, he is gay.  Not that it really matters I suppose, there really could be gay readers out there looking for a celebrity boyfriend that is gay.  So, never let it be said that I don’t cater to all the masses.

Acording to everyone I know, Blake’s Bon Jovi song was the hottest song of the night on AI last night.  I was sleeping and missed but it is currently downloading on youtube.  So, could you hang on while I go watch it and for your viewing pleasure while I’m running over to another page…I give you…Blake, the TV Boyfriend

Ok, besides the fact that the man can sing, he can give those sultry eyes when he needs to now can’t he?  I must say, he very well may knock Ms. Doolittle out of it and win this thing….

What I like about this show is that every person they rescue is named “Mr. Smith” or “Officer Smith” or “Captain Smith”…because you know, it is covert.

And, well, who doesn’t like a man who has secrets?  Not bad ones, you know, but a man that keeps your interest by not being able to tell you how he spends his days.  Check him out, let me know if you’d like him to be your TV Boyfriend.

That would be Reg as in Regis Philbin, he isn’t my idea of sexy but he has been named the most aired person on television…yea that!  And, he is polite, educated.  That alone makes him awesome!
